Em 2014 colaborei com um artigo para a Revista Ciência Pantanal (Veja arquivo pdf abaixo), uma publicação que tem o objetivo de disseminar boas práticas e curiosidades sobre o Pantanal, afim de motivar as pessoas da região a cuidar desse patrimônio natural. A Revista é distribuída gratuitamente, e para se financiar de maneira sustentável foi lançada uma campanha de crowdfunding (financiamento coletivo). Se puder colaborem, é fácil e rápido e tem várias recompensas legais para quem ajudar. Todos os artigos foram escritos por colaboradores voluntários.

Dear Friends, last year with a small group of dedicated researchers, I helped publish the first volume of the journal (Pantanal Science). Our goal was to present interesting audience-friendly articles about natural systems, species, innovative sustainable land-use practices and other curiosities that would educate the rural community about the importance of the Pantanal and help promote its protection. The articles, which are contributed by researchers from a wide range of regional institutions, are helping to bridge the communication gap between rural land holders and the scientific community. The journal is distributed for free, and in order to make it financially sustainable, we are inaugurating a crowdfunding campaign. If you are able to contribute even a small amount to ensure the long-term duration of the journal and promote the conservation of the largest wetland in the world, please visit the site.
